Will you ever look at my data? Or share it?

We fully comply with PIPEDA & GDPR rules of how data is used. You own your personal data. It is NOT shared or sold to any third parties. Any use of data (personal or otherwise) is limited to and for any need to diagnose and/or test services we provide to you. Please refer to our Terms & Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I import data from another software?

Yes, we provide a data conversion service for importing data from your previous software product and/or importing your inventories/client list if you have it available in a spreadsheet (i.e. excel or csv file). We have migrated many clients from their previous software systems, being able to transition seamlessly from one to another.

Is my data safe and secure?

Absolutely! Data reliability and security is our highest priority. We employ numerous geo-redundant and data safety systems to be sure we surpass current encryption and PCI compliance measures. This ensures that all our subscribers’ data receives the highest level of protection possible.

What are your technical support hours?

For all subscribers, the in-application user guide provides searchable walkthroughs and details of each feature. SalX provides unlimited technical support for the life of your subscription at no extra cost. If you need extra help, we're available via chat, email or phone.
